Also coming soon to A portal you don't want to miss!
Can you imagine it? A poor Little Bee who’s allergic to pollen of all things! For a young bee, that’s a tough challenge to understand, explain to friends, or work around while still trying to be a helpful part of the hive.
But Little Bee doesn’t give up. With the support of his mom and the Queen Bee, he discovers new ways to stay safe, stay included, and stay right alongside his friends — just in a way that works for him.
The Little Bee Series is a playful, gentle collection designed to help children understand that being “different” doesn’t mean being left out. Whether a child has unique needs or is learning how to be kind and accepting of others, these stories show that everyone has a place in the hive — and everyone can shine in their own special way.

Carla K. Catswhiskers’ Marvelous Meals for Mortals Book Two in the series
Carla’s newest cookbook is almost here — and shockingly, she hasn’t blown anyone or anything up… yet. She promises recipes, opinions, and a hearty serving of snark she insists the Mortal Realm desperately needs on a daily basis.
At this very moment, she has landed on my shoulder to inform me that mortals also require her judgments on a constant basis. I, the Mythmaker, disagree — as usual. She responds by flicking my forehead and offering the mortal equivalent of “Bless your little heart.”
Stay tuned. She’s convinced the world isn’t ready for her. I’m convinced she’s the reason we need fire insurance.
Yes.. You are surrounded by my portals, and each one is as exciting as the next. They hold Dragons and Fae and heroes, Oh My! And villains, a spy noodle, disguised as a mossy rock, and.. I can share only this. (My own security team of axolotl dragons will hold me accountable.) Book #2 in the Dragons of Eldoran Series
✨ Beyond the Bridges of Bond
Book Two of the Dragons of Eldoran Series
The portals are stirring again.
Whispers rise from the far edges of Eldoran — whispers of bridges that were never meant to be crossed, and Bonds that reach farther than any mortal or fae ever realized. Some say the Bridges of Bond were built long before the first dragon took flight. Others claim they were never built at all, only revealed when the world is ready… or when it is in danger.
As the Mythmaker, I know only this: when a Bridge appears, something on the other side is calling.
Heroes will rise. Secrets will surface. And the Bonds forged in Book One will be tested in ways none of us are prepared for.
Beyond the Bridges of Bond lies a truth older than Eldoran itself — and crossing them may change everything.
✨ Carla’s Interruption
A Clarification from the Mythmaker (and an Interruption from Carla):
Carla is currently staring at me as if what I’m about to say is the most obvious fact in the galaxy. Before she flicks me again, let me make this perfectly clear for the mortals:
Yes — there is already a Book One.
—tap tap tap— (That was Carla, adding “obviously.”)
The first book in the series is titled Carla K. Catswhiskers’ Magical Meals for Mortals — Book One, and it will be available in the DPP shop whenever the portals align and she decides mortals are “ready enough.”
I, the Mythmaker, disagree with her delivery method. She responds by tapping my cheek harder and insisting I “stop coddling them.”
So there you have it. Book One exists. Book Two is coming. And I’m just trying to survive the editorial process with my forehead unbruised.
Before a story can exist, something far stranger has to happen first: the Becoming.
It’s the wonderfully unhinged process where my characters show up uninvited, argue about their destinies, tell me their names, or make me guess and then pout if I don't get it quite right the first or third time.. (thus the argument.. if they would have just TOLD me in the first place.... well anyway, you get the point). negotiate their personalities, and occasionally stage a coup when they think I’m taking too long. (They literally gang up on the writer's block, and honestly, it hasn't shown its annoying lil face here in months. Meanwhile, the gremlins living in my computer launch surprise attacks every time I try to learn a new editing or publishing tool — because apparently they have opinions too.
And just so we’re clear: this isn’t a one‑and‑done tale. This is an ongoing saga — a creative battle that keeps expanding with every new revelation, argument, breakthrough, and character who decides to wander in demanding attention. The “rough draft” is already over a thousand pages (yes, really), and I only started this madness in November.
So when I say “Coming Soon,” just know that “soon” is a… flexible term. The Becoming is still becoming — and so am I.
