The Portal’s Promise
In this realm of whispers and wings, every creation is a fragment of a dream made manifest. Be advised that all resin hatchlings, mythic creatures, and custom imaginative works are considered final sales. Once a ward is cast and a creature steps through the portal to join your collection, they cannot be returned or exchanged. We ask that you choose your companions with a focused heart, and listen for the one or ones that call to you for these magic-borne treasures and they choose the one they will be bound too and they are as unique as the mythmakers who summon them.
Should the winds of transit prove too harsh and your creature arrives with true damage, speak to the Mythmaker immediately. Only in cases of proved injury during shipping will a replacement be summoned.
Bespoke Mythmaking
When you commission a creation from our forge, you are entering a sacred agreement. Custom resin works and imaginative commissions require a non-refundable deposit to begin the invocation of your unique piece. Because these creatures are tethered specifically to the vision of the mythical creature, all custom sales are final. Each piece is a unique inhabitant of the mythic realm, and as such, we do not offer exchanges or returns for change of heart once the portal has been opened and the materials cast. Then the bonding will be finalized as witnessed by all the creatures and fae of Eldoran and Aelwyn.
The Flight Path
Every hatchling from the Dragon Portal is prepared for its journey with a protective ward of reinforced packaging. We handle our delicate resin creatures and mythic art with the same care a dragon shows its hoard.
Standard delivery flight times range from 7 to 14 business cycles depending on your location within the mortal realms. Once the portal opens and your package departs, you will receive a tracking sigil via email to monitor its progress through the skies.
